Several years ago, men from different walks of life gathered to share stories, listen deeply, and explore what it means to live more fully and authentically as a man. From these gatherings, a sense of brotherhood was born—one rooted in our shared humanity, respect for differences, and a desire to cultivate meaningful relationships.

This year, we invite you to join us in Latvia, at Stacija—a serene retreat center embraced by nature and silence. Together, we will explore this year’s theme:

"Cultivating the Benevolence of Being Imperfect and Embracing Perfection in Imperfections."

We will spend a lot of time in the wilderness working on individual and group tasks. We will drum. We will sit in council circles to share our stories, and listen from the heart, holding space for one another as we journey inward and connect outwardly. There will be moments of silence, times for deep reflection, and opportunities to embrace both our vulnerabilities and strengths.

What to Bring:

• Journal – There will be time for solitude and reflection; your journal can be a valuable companion.
• A Story or Song – We encourage you to share something from your heart.
• Outdoor Clothing – We will spend a lot of time in nature, so dress accordingly.
• Drum – Bring it along as we will create a wonderful rhythm together shoulder to shoulder.

Our days together will be a balance of silence and sound, solitude and connection, reflection and sharing. We will walk through forests, sit in stillness, drum around the fire, and create a space where imperfections are not just accepted but celebrated.

We invite you to arrive with curiosity and a beginner’s mind, remembering the words of Shunryu Suzuki:
"In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities; in the expert’s mind there are few."

Registration:

Please write an email to   to register for the event, stating your name, surname, address and phone number, details for invoice (if you need one), food allergies (if any) and which accommodation option from the following you prefer:

Single room with private bathroom – 330 EUR including VAT. Price includes bed linen, towel, all meals.

Shared room with shared bathroom – 250 EUR including VAT. Price includes bed linen, towel, all meals.

Camping (in your own tents or caravan) – 150 EUR including VAT. Price includes all meals.

Transfer from Riga airport to the retreat center and back (400 km) 50 EUR including VAT.

The place is limited to 50 participants. As soon the number is reached registration will be closed.
